We spent amazing 7 days (together with 750 other Lifeplus partners) there last week and enjoyed it a lot. What a wonderful hotel in a tremendous landscape surrounding, great beach, super pools, good food, super service, cool evening parties. We will be back again, for sure!!!

F A N T A S T I C ! ! ! Beautiful atmosphere. Lots of clean and clear pools, two waterslides in the hotel and a big aqua park near, huge beach with very nice waters. The hotel is huge, in a amazingly perfect condition, the food is great and the wifi is fast!

Probably one of the best family orientated all inclusive holiday hotels available in Greece! From a super breakfast to an evening cocktail. Highly recommended!

Positive:
Extremely friendly and polite service staff, great food, great pools and directly at the beach. Rooms ok - nothing special but a little oldfashioned for a hotel in this category. A/C worked well. Daily doctor hours right in the hotel (great if you have little kids) - very nice doctor!
Negative:
* Most of the reception staff is really not trained well. They cannot solve a problem right on the spot - you always have to "come back in an hour" because they apparently have to talk to the front office manager first. What are two or three receptionists doing all day then if they cannot decide and solve guest problems immediately? Telling guests the breakfast hours? Because that was about the only thing they could do right away.
* Many many many stairs to get to the pool and beach. Extremely uncomfortable if you have little kids and a stoller. Some rooms not accessabale with a lift. We had to carry the stroller with the kid in it up and down the stairs.
* Party time every single night. We have booked an upgrade beach view room. What we got with it for free was a direct view to the "Party Taverna" (linear distance only about 30 metres away) and dance music so loud, we could not have a normal conversation on our balcony. Parties stopped before midnight though, except the beach party that lasted longer, I believe. Definitely nothing I want every night for my 2 week vacation.response / report this review -

The stairs everywere. Thats the main problem with
small kids. The rooms in old style, i think the whole hotel is rather old. Oh i could forget, the pools and sea all with truly hot water. Never seen sth like that even in hot egipt. The service i may give ***** very nice and helpful even in worse season AS now. The food is ok AS greek one. IF they improve/renovate rooms i may add half od the star more. Ps.
