  Great experience by true professionals. The staff was very caring and also helped us treat our sunburns as we were being careless by the beach. Wholeheartedly recommend the couples massage.

  Had a nice and relaxing 1 hour spa, followed by a 1 hour massage here. I’d probably just opt for the massage next time though

  Amazing view, staff, food and location.
  This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The location is a bit far from Fira but the hotel has free shuttle that takes you there.
  Staff is very nice and friendly.
  It seems like every single rooms has a breathtaking view of the Caldera.
  There's nothing that bad about this hotel. Absolutely amazing!

  I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I actually found the service staff aggravating (they do not read their own do not disturb signs, and will still make up rooms and knock outside with towels anyway, which is extremely annoying on a honeymoon!) but all the other qualities catapult it to 5 stars in spite of it. The view is amazing. There is a free shuttle service to Fira after 1pm every two hours or so. The concierges all speak wonderful English and ate so helpful and knowledgeable. They seriously talked us out of some of our plans and ideas and gave us much better ones. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and we'll layed out. The pool is gorgeous however the hot tub is not actually hot. Also, the attached restaurant is quite good and modestly priced. We will definitely be using this hotel exclusively if we return. The staff were just all so pleasant all the time, just the room servicing staff was overzealous.

  Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is not in a very crowded place like Oia or Fira proper, so it is quieter.

  Blissfully quiet, great sea/sunset views and free courtesy bus everyday at various times in and out of Fira. Or just a 15 mins walk. Perfect
