Very few resorts are worthy of 5 stars. Nana Princess earns at least 10 stars from me. I had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at the resort. The exquisiteness of the physical property is only surpassed by the graciousness afforded by every staff member, starting with the management team.
Upon arrival, my friend and I were promptly greeted by our wonderful hostess. She was welcoming and enthusiastic, without being overbearing, the theme of the entire resort staff. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. After being delivered to our suite via Club Car, our hostess assisted us with getting settled in, walking us through all of the spectacular amenities of our suite. The entire suite was very well lit and the lighting was set-up so you could configure the lighting in a number of different ways for your preference. No detail of comfort and luxury was omitted, from the control panel at your bedside for the curtains and lights to the robes and slippers in the closet. The beds were firm but very comfortable. The lines and pillows were equally comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and modern, with elegant tiling, fixtures and toiletry items. Each room was individually controlled by its own thermostat. This feature was especially appreciated as not every guest is comfortable at the same temperature. The pool area was also tastefully decorated and well lit with a variety of seating options, all which were comfortable and in great shape (no stains, tears or sign of wear). The pool was pristine and was maintained in that manner throughout the 6 night stay, despite the winds which would have otherwise left debris in the pool. Every day the rooms were cleaned and every night the turndown service made the suite so welcoming after the end of a long day of tourist activities. Not enough positive words can be articulated in this review about the staff and the management team. Morning, noon, and night we were greeted with smiles, enthusiasm and graciousness not exhibited in other resorts, particularly post-COVID. The food options on site were very good. Breakfast included a variety options and again, spectacular service. Dinner at the meat-focused restaurant equalled any high-end steakhouse restaurant. Dinner at the fish restaurant was good, with excellent service, but not quite up to the same quality as the steak restaurant. One of the best aspects of our stay was the experiences we had with our guide, Athina. Beyond the best. Simply spectacular. The entire stay was incredible, the best I have experienced. I highly recommend Nana Princess to even the most discerning guest.

Nana Princess Hotel is a very well organised and comfortable hotel, our favorite being the private pool heated at the temperarure of your choice, obviously with a supplement, but the ultimate comfort. We also tested the restaurants, the spa, all very satisfactory. There is a prety well equiped gym. The hotel is easily accesible to people motor disabled, which is of no consequence for the many but paramount for the few who need it, being transported in a club cart to reach the different facilities of the hotel is proposed by the hotel.
What makes it really special and adds to the impression that everything is carefully thought with the comfort of the guest in mind, is definetly the people. From the vice manager, Mr Vardiabasis, who did not hesitate to come to talk to us personally concerning a minor technical problem with the pool, followed by a commercial gesture, Michali f&b manager, and all the restaurant personnel Elina, Sophia, Christina, the guest relation Angeliki and Julianna and others whos names I did not get, everybody contributes to the impression that for the time of your stay you have your own buttler to tend to your every need, which is rare and makes it for a very relaxing vacation.
So thank you and see you again next year !

heartwarming welcome, spacious and very well appointed villa. The eternal blue restaurant offers the best seafood in Crete. Exceptional location for exceptional service. We highly recommend.

It’s taken longer than it should have to write this, but a credit to the hotel that I was so blown away by their care that I didn’t want to forget. We stayed in September last year with our 3yr old, from start to finish the team at Nana Princess are a masterclass in how to deliver excellent customer service. From the concierge, bell boys, cleaners to waiting staff, we were always greeted with a smile and with care and found everyone very attentive and extremely professional. The hotel is perfect, the beds comfortable, the food great, the view beautiful but it’s the staff here that really make this hotel an unforgettable experience, you can tell they care. We’ve been fortunate enough to have stayed in many 5 star hotels but none come to close the customer service journey and personalised care you receive with the wonderful team at Nana Princess. Thank you Angeliki for the care and attention you gave to my daughter, she still remembers you now. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and you won’t find better in Crete.

We were looking for some nice place to take our 14 month old daughter for her first seaside holiday. We chose the Nana Princess Hotel based on great reviews from other hotel guests. I have to say that the top reviews are really deserved for the hotel and I don't remember when I felt so comfortable on vacation. The hotel is beautiful, our room with a private pool and the entire hotel area including the beaches were very clean. The hotel staff was completely professional, smiling and pleasant, and anything we needed was solved willingly and quickly by the staff. The food in the restaurants is at a top level, the same applies to the really wide range of food for breakfast. If you want to relax and feel great, make a reservation at Nana Princess, you won't regret it. Thank you once again to the hotel manager Thomas and the entire team at the Nana Princess Hotel for an unforgettable holiday.
