  Unbelievable experience. Highly recommended for every male to get a pass and travel to Athos.
  
  Sleeping arrangements were to bunk with others in a huge room.
  Meals are particularly interesting because of their orthodox nature. They are meant to be finished as quick as possible without any pleasure taken and conversation to be had.
  
  Note: Depending on your denomination you may be treated more or less respectful. I was not allowed to attend the ceremonies/masses because I am not orthodox or catholic.
