Cheap hostel right in the centre of Athens with a decent rooftop bar. Rooms are clean but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful view of the acropolis from their rooftop bar. We had a private room which also gave us a nice view. Customer service at the front desk was good but for the rooms not so much. Their breakfast didn't have much for vegans (a little soy milk would have gone a long way) but it's fine for vegetarians.
It is located right by the main market area so there is very easy access to restaurants (including some vegan ones), cafes, dessert shops, several rooftop bars, souvenir shops and sightseeing like Zeus's temple, the acropolis, museums, parks and several other key locationsresponse / report this review -

Has more rules than any hostel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in maybe 50 around the world. Additionally the bathrooms are dirty and musky considering the price given prices of other Athens hostels. You can't access or cook in the kitchen after 9pm. You can't leave bags between checkout/in times without paying. You can't finish the last bites of your veggie burger in the rooftop bar which has no solid veggie options. If you move a small side table to a larger table in the bar (careful not to obstruct any doors or walkways) so you don't have to stand with a large group since you have had knee surgery you are told to move it back. When you enter the hostel reception you are greeted by rules on all the tables telling you not to eat on any of the surfaces. It's great for meeting other travelers and the bright walls with the sayings try to mask the fact that the rooms are much more akin to a dungeon than the airy images their hostel website galleries depict. Avoid this place if you can and opt for something cheaper that has fewer ridiculous rules and is more personable and caring like hostels normally are. The bar above all else - avoid it. I'd give this place a 3/5 otherwise. Average, nothing more

I visited the bar on the rooftop with some friends, not the hostel. The view is amazing and the prices are okay, but the service in the bar is terrible. Never order anything in the so called vip area, on the top balcony. Avoid ordering pizza.

Stayed here prior to a busabout tour. Rooms were decent for sleeping. Didnt spend to much time in the room as there was heaps to do around the hostel. Great location.

This hostel is awesome. The staff are so nice and friendly and the roof terrace that views Acropolis has to be one of the best places in the city to have a beer! Cool rooms and a social hangout area! Stay here!

Well, I've only experienced the bar. As a motel, it's not in a good location safety-wise, but it's bar is awesome, with VERY friendly people. It has excellent prices and it's the ideal place for chilling with your friends or go for a date with a girl. Highly recommended. Also, the view is spectacular.

Great location right In the city centre. Rooftop bar is great and sometimes they have 2x1 before 8pm. Great place to meet travellers coming from almost everywhere. Staff service is kind and polite. WiFi in ground floor only. Breakfast is not included btw.

This place is for rookies. Scam artists and lousy value. I have traveled all over the world and if your familiar with the Greek word "mallaka" you'll know what I mean about these creeps. Got there early in the morning at 7am because of the ferry and they wanted me to pay twice at 10 am checkout. Would not even work with me. Stay at the Circus, nicer place, free breakfast and better value.. Other wise good luck at that flea bag joint.
