Very good service. Nice decor. Convenient to go anywhere on foot or subway; however the area seems a bit dingy to a tourists' eyes..

We missed our flights on account of this hotel, it cost us 800$ for new ones. Beautiful hotel, great food and roof top bar staff HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! We had 20€ worth of mini fridge drinks that we let reception know about upon checkout. They had an armed guard with a huge automatic rifle (shady area of the city) who would not let us leave until the 20€ was paid but the hotel was having connection issues. They blamed it on us saying all four of our cards were declined and the reception made us call our bank to make sure we had money?! Only after wasting a half hour did we realize our bank had no international departments and was closed. I began to cry I was so stressed knowing we were going to miss our plane, so FINALLY they called the manager who allowed us to leave. The same credit card we tried to use at the hotel 30 minutes prior, worked fine to pay for the 40€ cabwe arrived only 5 minutes too late to check our luggage. I rationally explained the issue to the hotel management over the phone, (who barely let me get a word in) and asked that they kindly reimburse us for our two night stay (300$) for the huge inconvenience they caused. They said they "won't take any responsibility, it was our fault" and even failed to offer us, at the very least a free night for that evening. If there is any legal avenues I can take against this hotel I most certainly will. I strongly advise to stay in another hotel, in a safer area. Enjoy Athens!

Fresh Hotel was a fantastic place to stay. Excellent staff who went the extra mile.
A wonderful deck, bar and restaurant on the roof with a view of the Acropolis.
I strongly recommend and would stay again.

Excellent hotel not to far from all locations.
Staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable . Security at front door to reassure any doubts of Athens concerns. Pool and bar on roof top very good.

Nice comfortable hotel with a great roof terrace with a small pool (unfortunately the pool closes at 1900 so we didn't get a chance to chill there). Have been lucky to get a room at the top (8th) floor so we also had a view from the balcony, but guess there won't be much of a view from floor 6 downward. Helpful staff and at our early checkout (6 in the morning) we got a breakfast bag. Interesting neighborhood (although some might call it rundown) with lots of small shops and fish and meat markets. Would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel with clean and nice rooms. Staff very friendly. Nice walk to the center of Athens. Swimmingpool on top of the building. Free towels. Gym is nice and has good showers. Prices of drinks at the pool to high. 5 Euro for a cappuccino?

Ideal for our family of four. The "family room" we had was two connecting rooms, with a private corridor linking the two rooms. Our two teenage sons liked the privacy that provided. Beds are very firm, with minimal padding, as they have been in all places we visited in Greece so far. Enjoyable rooftop pool, by the rooftop bar/restaurant which is nice with great views, and reasonable prices. Breakfast is convenient, good and varied, offering local products; but the hot foods (e.g. scrambled eggs) are tepid; still, the best hotel breakfast we had anywhere. Staff is efficient, attentive, and provided good advice. Convenient location within walking distance to the sites. Will return for our next visit to Athens.

Friendly, helpful staff available 24 hours. Very good rooftop restaurant, bar and pool area with views up to the Acropolis. The bar shuts at 1am and the pool at around 7pm. The rooms are air conditioned and non smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the small balcony outside the rooms, that is if you can open the door that opens inwardly, with the curtains severely hampering access. Only other options are the rooftop, while open for business, or outside the front lobby. Very clean and comfortable.

Colorful design-driven hotel in unexpected area. Popular with young professionals, some small families, Greeks & visiting nationals. Easy walk to Monastiraki, Psirri & Plaka dining & cafe scene, Ermou shopping, Nat'l Archaeo Museum, etc.

Defiantly not a 4 star hotel in my book, but then again Athens is not the nicest city.
    - the room was okay, a bit small.
    - the bathtub was a JOKE!! Just get rid of them and make showers!!! Oh and the water doesn't drain properly. Felt like I was in an expensive hostel!!
But the staff was nice and the breakfast was good, although the room was VERY noisy.
The restaurant on top was mediocre and highly overpriced!!!
