This was a little hidden gem that was recommended by one of the friendly locals nearby. Excellent value for money we only had a short visit but during that time we were shown by our host/tour guide Dominic a very pleasent young man the Crocodiles located on the lake and we were able to assist in feeding them. On completion we stopped by the gift shop to pick up a little piece of Ghana before completing our visit with a nice cool refreshing bottle of club at the bar. Thanks to all the staff at this friendly location which I would recommend to anyone.

Nice place where you can really rest. It's so calm out there. You can even take some strolls around the place. And maybe you can see some crocodiles ;-) Besides, the room was ok.

Loved the serenity. Crocodiles usually scare me but I braved a touch or 2 of the crocodiles at Hans Cottage. The garden benches need to be renovated. Asides that, the place is beautiful. Crocodiles are calm and you can touch them. I loved to watch the rabbits and ducks. Good place to seat, reflect, think and relax. They have rooms for guests to stay too.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while visiting Ghana for my University's study abroad program. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is tasty, and the rooms are comfortable. The birds and crocodiles just add to the experience. Would highly recommend when visiting the area.

The breakfast delayed but its a cool place.
Nice water heaters and air conditioned rooms, but they are a quite small rooms.
We were hoping to go crocodile watching but later found out guests had to pay to see crocodiles and take a boat ride, even tho it was right outdoor at the hotel premises.
