I did not like the customer care here. The personnel is not welcoming at all, and the rooms are not very clean. The price is pretty high comparing to the quality of the services. It is pretty crazy that they obliged me to pay for the wifi, and when i went to do so, they told me that it only works in the lobby. When i got there, it was NOT working at aaaaaall.

The room was big but was updated shower was broken dust in the wardrobe.The balcony was dirty Request iron the was only 1 iron in the building and it coyld not be found .The holtel is in a great spot but needs to be done.

Cheap (very cheap $25 gets you an air conditioned roomand there are even cheaper rooms!), Spartan hotel, looks a bit old, especially on the inside and hot water comes in a bucket, however, I was pleasantly surprised by everything else. Breakfast was good, the hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and everything works. It's central to most places as well, about 10 minutes away from the Oasis Beach and 15 minutes away from the Cape Coast Castle. It's probably the best value for money.

Bathroom not clean, smell like a hospital brown towels, noise from upstairs when WC is flashed. Reception area dirty. I had to iron my clothes. The AC and the bed was the only good thing in my room. Rooms old need renovations to modern rooms.

I will never go to this hotel ever again, why? Because:
1. The walls have not been painted in ages.
2. The bathroom door didn't close, it was bigger than the door frame!
3. The staff was nonchalant
4. The AC and fridge was noisy

The only positif side is it was clean.

Too many mosquitoes in the rooms. They should take care of that. Besides that every other condition was good.

Have stayed there 4 times and always happy. The staff is friendly. The owners are friendly are everyone is helpful. The room is clean and I've paid extra to have the room equipped with AC and it worked wonderfully. The food options are very reasonably priced and tasty! Love this hotel and it's location is great. I will stay whenever in Cape Coast.
