The place is nice but their customer service is bad. Ordered for food at the poolside and the waiter forgot. We had to wait for 3 hours before we got our food

Mid level hotel but quiet. Close to the airport and a huge shopping mall plus the popular santoku Japanese restaurant is just a few blocks away. If cost is a consideration, this is your hotel

Very nice hotel and dining experience for their brunch buffet. Had a live choir on New Years Day, it was beautiful. Food was great! Highly recommend and worth the cost, same prices as in America for this brunch.

It's alright. Could do with improvements in staff friendliness and attitudes towards work and general maintenance of the place could also be better. Washrooms need work.

I like that the place doesn't get too crowded. You go can about your activities with little or no interference from the staff. The rooms are neat and cozy. The food is not "great" but you wouldn't have anything to complain about. It's a nice place to have a weekend getaway with your spouse.

Classy place for people with class. I love the restaurant and the varieties they offer, the marble tables kill me. I don't want to mention the 🏊 pool. I just love this place.

Centrally located and very close to the airport. Their grounds and facilities make it ideal for weddings and such events for the urban-minded customer.

No free WiFi but great lounge to listen to live piano and the occasional singers.

Meals are pretty good. Best during lunch.

Beautiful hotel decorated in a traditional African style. Friendly staff happy to cater to your needs. Wide range of breakfast and a fully stocked bar. Decent sized out door pool & a pool bar.

Cosy, luxurious and clean facilities. The typical welcoming Ghanaian hospitality and friendliness is very much exhibited by staff. Great food and cocktails. Location is top and close to the Accra mall.

Lovely art. Rooms need updating, but have potential. The room rates are too high at times. The bar is wonderful. Most of the staff are friendly, especially the dining room and bar staff. The cleaning staff were ok. Front desk staff need work. Breakfast was good. Pool and gym need updating. The bar by the pool was fun. Need better wifi and credit card machines that accept all forms of currency.

One of the better hotels in Accra. Quite expensive for the services and the infrastructure in the hotel. For some reason, unexplained to me, the check-in process took much longer than needed to be.
