  It is frequented by Dutch residents in Ghana. There was not a wide selection of food that was distinctly Dutch, so more a meet and drink place. I tried their sausage-frikandel- which is sausage without the skin that is deep fried. It came with a number of dips. Sorry, it wasn't that impressive. I was hoping for stroopwafel, but no desert on the menu.
  
  It's a quiet place, off the beaten track where you can talk without music pounding and taking over the conversation.
