Accra City Hotel is a home away from home for me. I love the relaxing feel the beautiful and serene environment gives me. The rooms are nice and very well kept and the staff are quite friendly, courteous and helpful.

I like the fact that most of the staff are very African, no attempt to make them behave like Westerners, the ladies are matronly and you get this feel that it's your mum serving you at the restaurant.

Its recreational facilities are excellent and makes it a great place for meetings and hanging out. I've stayed in 5-star hotels in four continents but can't find any that makes me feel as good as Accra City Hotel does.

The lounge music isn't horrible. Note to most hotels, 'Don't get singers who seem to screech out the lyrics'. there are cozy nooks where you can chill and let your mind wander.

Great hotel, perfectly suitable for business travellers. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet is great! The swimming pool is very nice, gym is rather small (too much equipment in a limited space). When I was there in December I witnessed the Christmas tree lighting, it was wonderful !

Very friendly staff and ambience. I had their squid with potato chips. Portions were generous. Seems like a cool place for your parties and weddings if you are in Ghana.

Simply AMAZING! The customer service was wonderful. First they offered a free mini bar then took the time to talk with us about great things to do around Accra. The rooms were clean, well airconditioned and comfortable. The included breakfast was one of a kind! I looked forward to it each morning. #Delicious!! I will stay there again and again. High marks from me!

Ample parking space. Good accessibility. Nice services with good customer care. Lifts work and the place is quite calm with good ambience of the city. Public services are also nearby like Atmssecurity is quite average

Great for formal/business trips. The staff are very polite and well mannered. They have a piano lounge and a bar that serves great cocktails.

Its facilities are ideal for unwinding after a long day of meetings. The pool side was one of my favourite features.

Their meal menu albeit pricey has good options and is mostly continent with a few elements of Ghanaian cuisine.

Great place to stay. Small things that make a big difference: They provide mobile phone for each guest you can take with while in Ghana, free local calls and internet, which you can use for photos upload, google maps navigation etx. The mini bar (contains only non-alcoholic drinks) are free, much appreciated in this hot climate

The lobby was welcoming with hotel staff standing at vantage points to assist visitors. The bar was lit with good light and music. I had a nice time experiencing the Kizomba dance for the first time.

Right downtown, close to the Ministries, National Theater and other hotels. Great staff, ample parking, kizomba on Fridays, great food and the mini-bar stuffs are all yours. You even get free fon credit when you lodge here.

I like Accra City Hotel cos I think it's been pimped up from the old Novotel days. I even noticed some display screens on the hall doors which showed the event going on at the time. We even got some of the attendants to help us with a flat tyre thumbs up for me!

Great ambiance, courteous staff, Everything to the T literally, excellent food the restaurant, from breakfast, lunch and dinner, excellent food, excellent waiters and waitresses. I say a four star is an understatement, this hotel should be ranking 5 star. Run through an unfortunate situation where on the morning of the 24th of June 2017 just before departure to a funeral my Kaba (mourning cloth blouse) won't fit. Now ladies you know what I'm talking about. I passed by the restaurant and asked if there was a Taylor on duty. He came down to see me and within minutes my blouse was altered, adjusted to fit me. The happiest I've ever been in my life. Thanks to the members of Staff and all employees and security as well. This is the place to be ladies and gentlemen.

A good place to have business meetings and workshops. Clean and serene environment located in the central business district of Accra, Ghana. The hotel has internet connection with fast speed. Serves breakfast and lunch buffets daily with both local and intercontinental dishes.

Cozy and secluded in the heart of the city. Not popular so it makes for a less crowded and lovely ambience. Great good.
Salsa on Friday nights. Pianist in bar area. Heated pool at night. Gym and long tennis facilities. All three available to members.

My family and I spent 3 weeks at Accra City Hotel. We found the management and staff to be fantastic, courteous, polite and professional at all times. They went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met and that we had an enjoyable stay. Whilst there it was voted as the best 4 star hotel in Accra, Ghana and thoroughly deserved it.The service we received was superb and I thank the management and staff for setting such high standards. Thank you for looking so well after us. I would not hesitate to recommend this brilliant hotel and for us it is home from home.
