Room was good. Breakfast was good. Room service was okay. Some of the appliances like A.C. & fridge weren't working. Location is okay in Tbilisi.

The hotel is decent and has great service but don't except a great view from the balcony. Moreover, room service is great and rooms are elegant.

I stayed here in the beginning of December, for a couple of days. It's a good hotel with very pleasant staff. Everything was fine except low internet(WiFi) connection in my room. This was critical for me, that's why I give only 4.
