The bathrooms stink like the sewers and the house keeping rarely clean the room and in the occasional visit, they do very less work, in my 6 days of visit they came only in the first and fifth day and in the first day the lady only changed the toilet paper and left. They only come after you tell the reception and managers but after that also they do work as if they are doing us a favour and aren’t paid for it, (kam chori) .The breakfast has rarely any variety and the table is just crowded with vegetables. The location is okay, it’s not too far but the taxis still take 9 to 10 lari from liberty square. The rooms are broken and the window frames feel like they are going to fall off any second. There are better options in Tbilisi don’t choose this one.

Good budget hotel . Hot showers . But Thin walls. You can hear people in next room. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke, friendly staff but needs improvements in customer service from a hospitality point of view

its OK for the price, the breakfast was good but had similar menu in 4 days. there were kind and helpful receptions specially dear Tiko. it took 10 min to old Tbilisi by taxi. you should ask reception to write down the hotel's Georgian address and every where u want to go for taxi drivers because they usually don't know English and cant find the address.

Good Things: Neat, Clean, Restaurant & Bar open all time, Good Food, Good reception and service.

Bad Things: Location, Old building, Smelly washrooms.
