  very poor customer service. kept me waiting at their office without giving me an answer on my package. when i called they hung up the phone as i was making my question. they are making me pay taxes and fine for a package which i won on auction for 1.87 pounds because they value the item more expensive than 300 gel because of it’s “new Condition”

  Awful service, waiting for my package that was on it's way from Riga to Tbilisi for 2 days, and is on some test in their terminal for five as much time. They don't even answer the phone.
