This was easily the worst customer service experience i've ever encountered on any trip anywhere in the WORLD. It was fascinating to see how ridiculously greedy the folks operating this place are. Our tour operator brought us here upon returning from a trip to Singani.
The winery tour guide here essentially put us through a series of questions to determine if it would be worth his while to bother to give a tour - depending on how much the folks in the group were willing to shell out for his time. This is how it went:
Our tour walks in and the tour guide (a man in his 30's) has the most sour expression i've ever seen. He walked up to us brusquely and rudely stated, "So you want to know something of wine - you want to know something of wine?"
When we said, "sure", he stated, "Are you able to carry wine in your checked baggage?" LOL At this point, one of group said, "If it's too much trouble we don't want to bother you. Clearly you're very busy."
He then repeated the question, "Do you have room in your luggage to be able to bring back wine? I could show you the winemaking if you really need to see"
We then decided that this place was essentially a ridiculous tourist trap designed to take your money. Even our tour guide operator said it was unbelievably rude considering that he brings people by this place all the time. Very ghetto behavior - even by low Georgian standards of hospitality.response / report this review -

Whole team of KTW is amazingly friendly, especially laxus ( The Men) and loved his stories.. love to see you guys again.

По винзаводу проводятся экскурсии и дегустация вин. Хороший завод.
