A great hotel in the center of Batumi. The rooms clean. From the balcony a beautiful view of the sea. A little poor breakfast. 🌊

Все понравилось. Чистота,порядок,шикарный вид из окна. Завтраки стандартные. Номер чистый, просторный. Есть все. Постельное бельё отличное.

Great location, easy to find, good service and decent rooms with a view. The AC was efficient. Breakfasts were so-so. All in all a highly recommended establishement.

Отличный отель. Один из немногих, в которых не курят в Батуми. Чисто, все новое. Хороший ремонт и мебель. У нас был поздний вылет и денег не взяли, сказали что номер свободен и можем оставаться до вечера. Завтрак - хороший шведский стол.
Вид из окна - он прекрасен. Блюда в местном кафе куда лучше и качественнее, чем во многих ресторанах на набережной.
Единственное чего не хватало, так это сушки в ванной комнате.response / report this review -

My stay at this hotel was horrible!
First of all, the staff was so unhelpful and unfriendly. I checked in, got a key. Once I tried to unlock the door of my room on the 24 th floor, the key didn't work. I had to go downstairs to find out what the problem was. It turned out that they forgot to set the key in the system. The staff didn't even apologize for that.
Secondly, there were three of us, and I told the staff about that. However, they prepared bedding and towels just for two people. In addition to this, the TV didn't work and there was no internet connection. For the second time I had to go downstairs to ask them to fix all that. In 10 minutes two ladies came with extra bedding and towels. They even made a bed for us. The other two young ladies managed to set a TV in the living room, but they couldn't fix the TV in the bedroom.
Thirdly, the internet connection was so bad that at 9 p.m I had to go to a restaurant in the other part of the town, because I needed to book tickets back to Tbilisi.
Lastly, on the day of the check out, I returned the key to a lady at the reception. She took the key and said nothing. I was standing there for a few seconds until I asked her if that was it. She replied that I could go. Then I asked if it was possible to leave my luggage at the reception and pick it up later. And they said NO! I ended up leaving my bags to a taxi driver who kept them until we went to the airport.
That was the worst hotel stay in my life!response / report this review -

Duży i czysty pokój, codziennie świeże ręczniki i kosmetyki do kąpieli, woda mineralna, herbata. Łazienka czysta. Widok piękny na Morze Czarne. Śniadania obfite. Obsługa bardzo miła. Cena niewielka jak na ten standard.

Rude staff especially " NINO " was horrible !!! they didn't give second room key just one for the power plug !
Go and find other hotel to stay cool
لا انصح فيه بتاتا ! موظفين غير لبقين بالاخص اللي اسمها نينو فظيعة بتعاملها السيئ
