The only bad thing about this hotel is Kobuleti around it) Staff is nice, spa zone / swimming pools are one of the best in Batumi (indoor+ two outdoor, one of them with the salt water), rooms are spacious and well decorated. Almost empty during low season - good news for those, who want to relax in peace, surrounded by pine trees, near the sea

Food + kitchen is very cool.
Pool and spa is not bad either
Internet speed is fast
Bad:
Internet stability is bad.
Staff is not well trained - ( room cleaner came into my room while I was sleeping at 9.38 am. Stood in front of my bed with hands on her sides and asked me loudly if I want a room cleaning now or later. Woke me upalso waiters are amazingly dumb. They close the doors to restaurant while people are inside. To leave the restaurant you have to literally jump over a 40 cm barrier like a well trained horse 5 star hotel right ?)
Hotel is quite old, e.g. room carpets have already changed colour from green to white. Little dusty
This hotel is quite pricey. Soon it will lose all clients to new rivals if it doesn't invest into renovationresponse / report this review -

The only 4-5 star hotel in Kobuleti. Its a very nice place to stay at. If you can afford then then you will not regret.

One of the best modern hotels near sea side. There is 1 km long promenade near the sea, own pierce to the sea. Very good hight end spa center. Friendly staff and great service!
