Let me see if I can describe this place. So amazing from head to toe. Excellent service, rooms, spa, staff. They really go out there way to accommodate you. Had a water leak in bathroom issue first night. They repaired it in minutes. Close enough to walk to a lot of sights. We will stay again.

Don't pay yo much for sheraton or hilton ar something als this hotel is in the center of old batumi very beautiful place to live and the quality is much more better.

very good place and in the center of Batumi. All tourists places are leisure walking distance. Friendly staff. Good spa with Hammam a and wet sauna and dry sauna. Breakfast is sufficient and tasty.

Very good hotel and good service, but all information provided in Turkish language and rarely in English. No Georgian language used at all Such pitty being, making business in Georgia, without respect of local language!!!

Fantastic and totally unexpected. I somewhat randomly found this hotel as I was walking around Batumi looking for a place to stay. The rooms very very modern, stylish, and comfortable and the staff was friendly. There is even a hamam in the basement that you can go to for free to get clean!

The rooms are cozy, clean and nice. Bathrooms are clean and modern. The food is great. I just saw Turkish food not original Georgian. So if you want georgian food try somewhere else. The service is great. It is located in the old part of batumi, its just a 5 minutes walk to the bay and the sea. There are cofe's Greocery stores and gift shops all around the area. There is also a jewelry store just beside the hotel. Decoration of the lobby is great and cozy. but don't forget; for having all of these you have to pay! Its an expensive hotel but it worths it!

Very nice hotel located in the middles of old batumi with excellent service, great lobby, with extensive buffet breakfast, wonderful spa facility with good saunas (russian, turkish and steam) with lounge chairs with massages available. rooms were a little on the small side but excellent beds and bathroom with large TV with channels in every language . overall highly recommend
