Best Hotel in Grenada (better than Calabash IMO, I've tried both). Food can be improved, and a few things need to be tweaked to make this a top spot in the Caribean. Definitely one of the nicest beaches! Nice water, no one on the beach but hotel guests.

What can I say other than WOW! The view is spectacular. The pool is infinity and next to the beach. Our room has a private balcony and pool facing the ocean. The staff is so sweet and so friendly. We were greeted immediately upon our arrival outside by Tahira M who walked us to the outside tiki bar for a complementary welcome drink. The bar tender, Dwight was really sociable too. The restaurant food was delicious. We watched the absolutely beautiful sunset and then ate dinner. Room service was excellent. Rooms are very clean and relaxing. Complementary coffee, milk and water in frig. And chocolate on your bed. This is the place to stay for romance and relaxation.

The food here is fantastic. It was hot in the dining area, but cool by the bar. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful.

Worst mini moon ever. They forgot to pick us up at the airport day after our wedding. Customer service was terrible. Stood and waited 40 minutes for towels. They were rude and were pissed off whenever we asked for a taxi or a question the resort is so secluded it's boring. As an spg member and on my honeymoon we should of been treated like royalty. Far from it. They overcharged us and coned us into and upgrade saying ur was closer to the beach. It was so far up stairs with no elevator. What a waster of 499 bucks to upgrade. All the cab drivers say guest hate it. Spg should be ashamed to share a name with laluna. Worst honey moons ever cause of them. In a Zika country you think you would be able to buy big dpray or them have it at the hotel to use nope they didn't. Can't wait to call spg and raise hell. Laluna sucks. It's a shame cause Grenada is beautiful. Only good part of the hotel was urban the bartender. Stay away from laluna.

Laluna is a really magical resort that has got just the right balance for the Caribbean with delightful staff and a superb location on one of the nicest beaches you will find anywhere. The food also singles this place out from the crowd thanks in part to Italian owner and his talented chefs. The spa is a treasure, beautifully designed in a Balinese/Indonesian style, with the sound of tree frogs and the waves helping you find a moment of nirvana. Interiors are furnished in simple style with each cabana having a four poster hung with white muslin and the coolest linen sheets that make you want to idle away a few extra hours in bed. That said, it's worth taking all the trips you possibly can to explore this beautiful and super friendly island.

I had difficult time choosing which hotel or resort to stay at with my best friend (another girl) during my visit to Grenada. After my trip, I feel confident that I made the best choice possible for us.

We wanted to experience the island but also be able to relax and just get away. Both of these desires were achieved at La Luna. The small hotel only accommodates up to 36 guests and basically has its own beautiful beach. Many times we were the only guests on that beach. They don't allow children under 12, which suited us fine. The yoga was fantastic and the staff accommodated our requests to dine from loungers on the beach - really lovely considering the quality of the restaurant. The staff coordinated any excursions we wanted and saved us time during our stay figuring out how to juggle it all ourselves.

We visited Grande Anse beach, and I can confidently say I'm glad we didn't have a hotel over there. While nice for a visit, it was so busy and huge. The hotels on Mourne Rouge seemed nice, but the hike was very steep to the rooms. I wont claim that the trek to our rooms at La Luna was effortless, but it wasn't terrible and we could ask for a ride if we were too tired.

It was a romantic hotel over all, but it didn't feel uncomfortable for two girls staying there. They were polite about us potentially being a same sex couple, and just as polite when they realized we weren't. I have already told many of my same sex friends that I feel they'd receive the same treatment.

The restaurant is fine dining Italian cuisine with island flair. The owner is Italian and extremely passionate about his establishment. The food, cleanliness, grounds maintenance, and quality of service reflects that.

The staff was absolutely wonderful at all times. They accommodated all of our requests, including dining from a lounger on the beach. It felt like such a faux pas with the fancy restaurant, but they didn't hesitate to serve us with the same standards of excellence nor did they make the request seem odd.

I cannot wait to go back.
