This was our first Sandals experience and we loved it. The staff at this resort are super friendly and the restaurants are excellent. We stayed in the Pink Gin Beach area which was nice as we were close to both the ocean and pool. Special thanks to our concierge, Ashley. Her prompt and helpful service helped make our vacation extra special.

Came here for our honeymoon and had a BLAST! Amazing food, service and fun! Also, very romantic. We had a beautiful candle light dinner on the beach and we will never forget it. The rooms are gorgeous , very large , and clean. Would recommend it to anyone going on a honeymoon, celebrating an anniversary, or just looking for a fun couples get away.

Staff, food & accommodation amazing. Nice location as always a nice cool breeze. All Inclusive is the only choice but Sandals AI includes pretty much everything unlike other AI resorts. Only 5 minutes from the airport so no long transfers in the heat.

Visited here for my honeymoon and we loved it. Best sandals that we’ve been to yet. Large beach area and more relaxed pool on one side and then the “party” pool on the other side of the resort. Nice bar for late night and the “living room” is a large area for events at night. Definitely recommend visiting.

My recent vacation to Sandals Grenada was absolutely incredible. The resort itself is beautiful, and has something for everyone. Whether you want to relax at the beach or you have a more adventurous side, the staff is more than happy to help you plan your stayor let you just go with the flow, if that's more your style. There's something special about this place that makes it nearly impossible to be anywhere but where you are, soaking in the beauty of what's around you and feeling all sorts of grateful to be there.
What really put this resort over the top for us however, was the people who worked here. If you have the chance to get photographs by Kemron while you're here, we thought it was 100% worth it. He was a blast to work with, and we ended up with a number of pics that we'll be using for our wedding invitesand a few that will make us laugh for years to come! Chrisie was also the best bartender you could want - she'll make you whatever you can think of, surprise you with the most delicious drinks to match your style, and treat you to a charming conversation while she's at it. And lastly, our butler Glendon was not only an exceptional human being, but he went out of his way to ensure that my fiance and I felt like royalty. Candlelight dinners, romantic bubble-baths, and even surprise desserts waiting in our room to end the day - I honestly cannot think of how he could have been better. If you can afford to splurge, I would highly recommend a butler suite!
This place was easily a 10/10 for us , and to be honest - I would give it more if I could.response / report this review -

This is my second time back to Sandals Lasource in Grenada. We came last year and loved it so much, we decided to come back again. The Island is great and the people are wonderful. Normally I would have given 5 stars but I went for a massage on this trip as I normally would do. My foot bothered me after the massage it was sore and swollen and I had called the spa. They suggested I see the nurse. I was surprised and a bit annoyed that they never called the room and asked how I felt. As a professional, if I had caused pain to a client I would have been concerned for their well being. Otherwise the resort was great.

Excellent Resort, we have returned 2 years in a row and plan to a 3rd year. We have visited 7 Sandals resorts and this is our favorite. We visited Jan 7-13. We had a few minor issues the heat was not functioning in our rooms hot tub. Troy was checking chlorine levels and he gladly looked at our issue he also contacted the technician when he could not resolve the issue. He actually did fix the problem. And the following day when he was checking the systems he politely inquired about the hot tub. Troy did a wonderful job.
Diving the main dive boat was in for service and with so many Divers on this week Sandals rented a boat for us as the snorkel boat was not an adequate boat for our groups. I appreciate the diligent hard work of Adrian, Boota, Gerry and Charles on the Dive team. Gerry and Charles are excellent Dive Leaders and Gerry is extremely safe and a good job of diver skill. They handle my request to see the 3rd great wreck here and setup a special free group dive for those of us with Advanced Diver training. Thank You.
Lastly our trip was made all the better by our Butlers Neron, Brent and Marlon, We have had Neron 2 years in a row he is an excellent example of the professionalism and respect that his job entails.response / report this review -

My wife and I had an incredible honeymoon experience at this resort. The service and facilities were top notch. Steven and Davy at the bar were fantastic and represented the resort very well. The employees were all very friendly, and food was great for an all inclusive resort. It’s a beautiful island that provides a great backdrop for a romantic or relaxing getaway. Highly impressed overall.

Had a bill issue with a taxi. We paid 2 ways for the taxi to bring us to the location and pick us up. We never got picked up. We came in same day and explained it they said they would remove the taxi on the bill. I got my bill before departure the taxi is still on their full price I have been in the office for over 1hr and have yet to be noticed by anyone or asked if I need any help or service.
