I booked this resort under the impression is 5 star .the rooms are discusting mold in the shower ants in the bathroom and lizard .when you ask for room service you have to ask twice for things to be done .the prices very expansive $8for coffee or can of drinks .$68 dollars per oerson for buffet and ants in the open fridge .i font mind paying these prices if i get 5 star service . You go to the beach and no towels for 4 hrs and wasnt that busy .discusting discusting .over priced should be a warwick motel not resort .

Wonderful staff, felt incredibly welcome to the point of tears on our last night. Wicked Walu restaurant is an incredible experience. Would not recommend the Italian restaurant but I may be snobbish about Italian food. Private beach. Adults only pool and beach was appreciated yet super kid friendly at the same time. Highly recommended. Vinaka!

friendly staff. great location. some of the food not great but lots of restaurants to choose from. snorklying amazing but you need to bring your own gear. a bit expensive, we found 5 days long enough as it's very isolated. waterfall tour worth it but make sure you book through the local village so the money goes directly to the pre school village.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. This is a destinations if you have kids as they have dedicated stuff for them. On the other hand if you hate kids there is a adults only resturant and beach for your tranquility. Love water sports ? they do have kayak and boats. Not to forget its a good location for snorkeling in shallow waters with nice colourful fishes !

Japanese restaurant is great, but the Italian and buffet were barely passable. The kitchen has no idea what a vanilla anglaise is and thinks aoli is tartare sauce.

Possibly great stay was ruined by a bunch of guests that were allowed to party it up all night at the expense of the rest of the guests. We rung reception at 5am and security finally turned up to move them off the balcony and inside their room, where they continued to scream and party until after sunrise.

Keep an eye on your room tab. "Mistakes" are frequent.

Expensive.. Rooms poorly maintained. Asked for specific conditions for their rooms due to toddler and got nothing, when asked it was not possible to do. Never go back again.

    Absolutely Amazing!
BULA!! This is a great place and it's with no doubts that it's the people who make it all happen. We celebrated three milestone events and each was memorable event. It's a place you have to be, to believe. Thoughtfulness of staff everywhere is just amazing. Experienced all of their amenities and services - restaurants, room service, hair salon, spa, pool bar (was a everyday thing), gym, gift shops, kids club, even played squash! Great property and great selection of amenities, good food, terrific ambience and the best part of it all bringing it all together were the people - warm, friendly big smiles and caring. The only random downside was the WiFi - it was slow and had restrictions on how many can join at one time! Once that gets sorted, it's a definite super mega winner

Had a great time. We all loved the Warwick resort and the Fijian hospitality

We did miss out on the glass bottom boat tour that was included in the deal, since the boat was out of order for over 10 days. It was disappointing since we were really looking forward to it. I managed to get refund after a bit of argument with Amelia at the reception who was a little rude and abrupt. But otherwise everyone at the resort were great and very friendly. My son got very close to the facilitators at the kids club and Jobe (who welcomes you and takes the luggage to your room)

I found the rooms a little small for 3 people but we didn’t spend much time there so didn’t matter much

The kids club was great and they arranged decorations for my son’s Birthday which was really amazing. My son enjoyed it there

All the facilities were great incl. Swimming pools and restaurants. One I would specially mention is the Japanese Sazanami. The food was really great there. Special mention goes to Via, Rony and Mia and Chefs Aku, MiKi and Dani.

I found Pool Grill little average as compared to others. The buffet at Bula Brasserie was amazing. Especially the asian and indian buffet. Thanks to the awesome chefs Nasir and Mukesh

Overall I am happy to say this was our best holiday ever at the best resort ever that we stayed at

    Bula Vinaka

Probably the best resort in the whole of Fiji (maybe even the world) We have been there twice and both had amazing experiences. Staff are VERY friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were also clean and the buffet breakfast is the best! Lovely beach and shout out to CK and Setoki who do the best job! Also very funny. Every single staff member will treat you like family and the whole resort is full of fun! Can't wait to return!

    Dear " The Warwick Fiji"

Unfortunately I write this review having had a very bad experience at your resort. We were booked in to stay at your resort for 5 nights ( 24th March - 29th March ) and after the first night were requesting a refund so we could leave. ( in which no refund was given even though we had no choice but to leave to save our holiday )

When we got to your resort and given our room the first thing that hit us was the terrible smell worse than being next to a wet dog. Once we got to our room we were blessed with a leaking drain pipe in our bathroom, A smell of urine and a quality of room that I wouldn't expect at a 3 star resort. To top it off being a single couple outside the family pool area is enough to turn us off having kids. Moving into a new room we didn't get much better. This resort is seriously tired and needs urgent repairs. The bathrooms are disgusting. Once in the room with our invisible wet dog, it wasn't long till we had condensation dripping off the ceiling and running down the walls. Cleaners were constantly cleaning the condensation up in the hallways. Now I understand it was the end of the wet season. But this resort is poorly designed to deal with it. The food was terrible. I doubt there was a qualified chef in the resort. Prawn pizza didn't even have fresh prawns, garlic bread was well below par. Breakfast was extremely poor. I do not appreciate paying reasonable money to have to eat re-heated bacon from the previous morning. You couldn't chew it and couldn't even get a fork into it. One thing we did notice was the number of guests with the look of displeasure on their faces.

So if you are reading this review please take this warning. I am not scorned. I am just disgusted how this place can come even close to 4 star. We stayed in other resorts at 4.5 start rating and they left "The Warwick" for dead. At The Warwick you are isolated. If you want a great relaxing holiday stay in Denarau and take a couple of day trips out to the islands. "The Westin" saved our holiday when The Warwick destroyed it. You are a disgrace to Fiji and its people.

We had legitimate reason to be completely disappointed with this place and you wouldn't even honor refunding us 3 nights accommodation that we did not use due to the venue that you have.

We lost money with this place and I hope this review will save other people from making the same mistake we did.

This resort is quite unorganised. We arrived for check in and had to wait 2 and a half hours for our rooms to be ready. During our stay, we noticed that not all the staff were friendly. We got told that we were checking out on the 31st even though we had paid to stay another night. We went to reception to sort this out and the Duty Manager there treated us like it was our fault, told us to take a seat and she would sort it out. We watched the Duty Manager walk around with friends who were staying at the resort, while we waited for 30 minutes. Went back up to reception and asked if the issue was fixed and the young staff called out to her and she just looked and gave them the thumbs up. We left to go out for the day and come back to our rooms to find we had been locked out of them. The duty manager had not fixed the issue and we had to wait again for the issue to be rectified. We had booked in on the 30th for the New Year's Eve buffet dinner and the lady on the phone began talking to other people in the restaurant while I was trying to confirm details. We arrived for dinner on the 31st and they had no booking for us. We had to argue that we be seated for dinner as we had previously booked. During dinner, we were not asked if we wanted any drinks and asked someone to come over to assist us but had to wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
