Initially had an issue with our room, however we were moved after mentioning the issue. Can't faulty the place, absolutely lovely staff. So friendly and welcoming made the stay wonderful. Amelia on reception helped out with collecting antibiotics for my daughter to save us having to travel into town. Great place to just relax and enjoy the lovely weather and the best part are the wonderful staff who make the place fantastic

My partner and I stayed here for a week on our Holiday in Fiji and was really shocked at this resort. We were booked in saying it was a 5 star resort but sadly it was not. Our first problem was our room had a horrible smell coming out from the bathroom like sewerage water and we contacted asking for maintenance to check and no one came. After going to the front desk we were moved to a new room with dirty walls. The staff did not seem to have any coordination we had people come into our room 3 TIMES !!!!! WITHOUT KNOCKING!!!! The food was below average and I was even served a plate of rotten calamari for lunch and the staff did absolutely nothing to even compensate. We called room service multiple times and everything on the room service menu was not available all it seems they wanted to cook was beef burgers and a club sandwich. We were even "upgraded to a suite" which was no different to to normal room all it had was an extra couch ( which was ripped and torn ) and the in-house book and menu was half broken and had food stains on all the pages. We were just horrified with the experience and we actually requested a refund and was told no so we could not get away quicker. If I had of got my refund I would not have been forced to do this. But I would not stay here ever again or recommend it.

Great beach, far better than Outrigger. Service however lacking compared to Outrigger. Setting on the beach is beautiful. If you want the beach to be a big part of your holiday this is a great resort.
Food options not great. I'm also certain that the severe stomach issue I had was due to bad food at the buffet. A day to forget! Otherwise, a great holiday.response / report this review -

Japanese restaurant is great, but the Italian and buffet were barely passable. The kitchen has no idea what a vanilla anglaise is and thinks aoli is tartare sauce.
Possibly great stay was ruined by a bunch of guests that were allowed to party it up all night at the expense of the rest of the guests. We rung reception at 5am and security finally turned up to move them off the balcony and inside their room, where they continued to scream and party until after sunrise.
Keep an eye on your room tab. "Mistakes" are frequent.response / report this review -

Lovely looking resort but not much atmosphere, food not that impressiverooms are getting old and smellyglad we can cross this hotel off for any future visits🙄

Looks good from the front
Needed to move rooms as the room was dirty and air con wasn't working
Overpriced food and beverages
Underpaid staff they deserve so much more
Little money is put back into the community
More needs to be done in surrounding area such as replanting native trees etc

Great resort, friendly staff and very relaxing. Be sure to get out snorkeling on the tour between the islands!
