Why is it that making reservation for a simple booking takes 3 days? With modern technology, I do not think that should be a problem anymore. The recent customer service received was so so poor as if we doing hotel room bookings in the 90's. Is this hotel doing booking manually? Should this be the case-then I would understand. I called the hotel landline on Tuesday morning and was told to send an email (which no response was received after 2 solid days). I even followed up via phone call and was told that only two staff are responsible for reservations bookings and they both were not available. The girl I spoke to took my number and promised to call me and that never happened. Can someone help here?
Just want to thank the General manager Mrs Asha Nair and the staff of Crows Nest for the excellent service provide to Team MIDDLEMORE sangam from Auckland during our stay in the easter weekend.
Very well looked after . Highly anticipated
Thanks alot for everything .
Stayed for a night on 22/1/18. Upon checking advised staff TV not working. Took 3 Phone calls for someone to come have a look, nothing could be done. Staff refused to change rooms though most of the hotel was vacant.
Duty manager was rude as and communicated through another staff who went in and out of the office, DM didn’t even come out office to talk in person.
They charge $100 CASH for key deposit. Another $30 head for additional person even though the room you just paid for sleeps 3. Poor staff skills and run down restaurant.
Many other betters options within minutes of this place. AVOID THIS PLACE!
This place is not too bad tried a new luxury rooms but I'm not recommended that old promise
Wonderful service. Chicken pawpaw salad was nice. Beautiful view. Great private place.
Budget hotels but seems to be recently renovated. We went there for a conference and those facilities are decent enough.
Fantastic food fantastic prices fantastic service
Lovely stay and loved the views and staffs. I felt like a spoilt local.
Fun and different small boutique resort perched on the hillside on Korotogo's famous Sunset Strip. The original villas are cool wooden split level units built by Paddy Doyle, one of the founding fathers of Fiji tourism. Lovely bar restaurant by the pool, laid back and enjoyable spot.
Great place, much quieter than the big resorts.
lovely place where you do alot
The villas are nice and the hotel is well maintainedi like that I just have to cross the road and I'm on the beautiful beaches on the Coral Coast!
The location, The Staff and the price all was great
Very good service & staffs and lovely place
No wifi most of the time. Average breakfast. Low quality restaurant and poor service.
Very friendly staff
It's make my dream come true
One of the best
Have stayed there for 13 years prior to moving to Fiji. Great staff, spacious rooms with wonderful views. Restaurant and bar very good with reasonable prices. They catered a birthday party for us in August . We had 120 guests and it was great fun.
location: south of the main island, around 70 min from Nadi Airport by taxi, beach is not recommendable in front of resort, staff is very helpful and friendly, the older villas have a kitchen (which is a good choice to have due to poor breakfast and limited dishes for lunch and dinner), nice pool, some improvements are on the way (bar area at reception and spa above restaurant), prices are really acceptable
