Food was mediocre but quick to arrive, the staff were lovely and the performance very entertaining, with some pretty risky acts .

What a fantastic place to stay. The facilities are clean and tidy, staff are extremely helpful and the food is wonderful. Would highly recommend staying at Geckos and We are looking forward to our return stay.

Loved our stay at Geckos. The staff are the most friendliest people you will ever meet. Joe at the bar is so amazing.My niece (4) loved him. He was so patient with her hanging onto him the entire time we were there. He also had to put up with the kids requests but he was outstanding. Katalina at the front desk is super friendly and always so willing to help. Mere went out of her way to find me what we wanted. Yes there is definitely more beautiful places to stay in Fiji and my other family members stayed elsewhere but they also commented on how much more friendlier our staff were. The shows were a treat also. Food is very good and reasonable as well. Thank you Geckos.

A smaller resort tucked away on the Coral coast in Fiji. Well priced resort food (rare in Fiji) a good souvenirs shop and a kids playground around the back of the resort

BULA!
Decent Accomodation with interconnecting rooms for those travelling as a group. Food is good too, abit pricey but worth it. For buffet experience, I'd suggest you sleep at Gecko's but enjoy your meals across the road at Shangri-la's resort.

Only 2 tv channels. Excellent location, only short drive to Singatoka. Very friendly staff. Meals aren't very good value, though they are nice.

Dinner Experience. We booked for dinner for a table of 12 at 8pm. We were quite surprised to see that the place was empty - we suggested we go elsewhere, but staff were friendly so we stayed! but realised after the entrees were served that it was a very wrong decision. Kids ordered burgers, the burger buns were still frozen inside. Garlic Prawns was a plate of six prawns slapped in the microwave and then drizzled with garlic mince on top. Our 'King Prawn' curry has three prawns mmm, not a dish I'll pay A$17/- for! We ordered lobster as we were told it is fresh when it came out it was pretty lousy - rubbery, overcooked, under-seasoned and definitely not fresh! Our drinks (beers & coconut water) came while the mains were being cleared! . Happy to wrap up from there.

We didn't stay here (stayed over at the Fijian resort), but used the restaurant twice. Food was great and well priced and the staff were absolutely wonderful (The staff at the Fiji could learn a thing or 2 from Gecko's staff).

We came here mid week in Fiji winter on our round the world trip. After six week of loud north america only worried about its. It was awesome to come here friendly in a proper way not just because they may of had an idea it may get them a bigger tip. Fiji airlines were the best air line I been on as well.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the facilities are great for all including families. The food is affordable and delicious. The rooms are modest but very comfortable. The entertainment also good with the traditional dancing on 3 nights of week and other nights live music. Set in quiet and peaceful area. Highly recommended.

A warm , friendly and wonderful place to stay on the coral coast . The staff were incredible and really made our whole experience in Fiji. The food at Gecko's was exceptional , so much better than the resort food and felt like it was prepared with a lot of care and attention to flavours. The value of this resort was fantastic for a family and the food was literally half the price of the surrounding resorts but better. Would highly recommend to anyone that was looking for an affordable holiday filled with amazing hospitality.

The staff here are so nice it was a wonderful week with some wonderful people its across the road from the Shangrila were you can use all there facilities threw the day and come back to geckos for the wonderful food that is priced alot better than any other resort in the area

Great food, friendly staff. Only just off the Queens Road so you don't hear any traffic. 5 minute drive to Singatoka town. High quality rooms. Everything is clean and well presented. They even got some folks in to put on a meke show. Swimming pool was a little greasy - I wasn't brave enough to get in.

Visited early September from Australia - weather perfect - staff were great, down to earth and very friendly. Small resort - nice and quiet. Restaurant was also good.
