  A wonderful ,relaxing getaway for families, couple , friends.We have been visiting here for 15 years and our stays are never long enough. Cant recommend it highly enough.

  A pearl in the sea! We booked a private room but got pleasantly suprised with an upgrade to a very cozy cabin with own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We had all the kitchen appliances to make meals.Bring your own food! It's quit expensive to purchase meals in the island ($35 per person)
  It's beautiful on the island and our cabin was right on the water. Perfect beach days everyday. They have kayaks to use but bring your own snorkel gear.
  We were there in May so it was quite hot outside and inside. The generator works in the mornings and afternoons until 10 so we could only have the fan on at that time.
  The staff are friendly and chatty, however we had to ask for new towels and sheets as well as some house cleaning as it was not initiated by staff.
  Overall we would visit this place again!

  Lovely island getaway. The cottages at Bethams are clean and had all the facilities we needed for our large group of self caterers. Take your food and drink and enjoy the peace. You've the choice of the main south beach at your doorstep, a short trip over to the longer East beach where you can pop into the activity centre for rentals or dives, or a brave hike up to the hilltop for stunning views and passage to the secluded North beach. The staff are friendly and the bar has a variety of snacks if you run short. Those expecting grand resort accommodation, air con, full restaurant style stays will be disappointed, as the places on Nananu-i-ra are basic, but for us this was part of the charm, and perfect for those looking for a nice affordable break in a quaint and authentic environment.

  No life jackets on the boat to and from the resort. Mosquitoes in the room so we couldn't sleep all night
  Washroom and bathroom outside down a few stairs. Not convenient at all. No hot water in bathroom.
  There were lizard eggs in stored blankets so we couldn't use them with the smell.
  Very pricey for this kind of accommodation.
