Wow,this place was incredible. It is run by a family that cares. They enjoy their guests and make you feel at home. We spent 7 days there on a full meal plan on their off season. The rooms were clean and beautiful views with a large patio for each one. Each meal was like a 5 star restaurant. Even down at the bar by the dive shop. We ordered a ice cream sandwich which seemed like the least fancy dessert that they made, but it turned out to be homemade chocolate cake with homemade scoops of ice creamyikes. The variety of choices ranged from sushi to steaks. The staff was personable and fun and went out of their way to help. It was off season but they had music every nite for dinner and a local dance troupe and bbq for us another nite.with local foods. We went for a diving vacation and the dive masters and staff their were awesome. They took great care of us. We saw some beautiful sites. It was a great vacation and if I wasn't so concerned about roaming the world, I would go back for more!!!

Just returned from our trip to Fiji. Volivoli Beach Resort is outstanding. Kudos to both Steve and Nick owners of the resort. Staff are friendly, helpful and cannot do enough for you. The grounds of the resort are beautifully landscaped and tended to daily. Rooms are top-notch, modern and clean. Food is plentiful and delicious. Enjoyed diving with Ra divers as they are the best. They know the most scenic dive sites and are very helpful. Cannot say enough good things about the resort. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here as you will not be sorry.

Accommodations were great. Resort grounds are immaculate. Beach and beach bar are very nice. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I am very pleased.

Great views, loved how we could see the mountains and sea stretched out from our room's full length windows. Relaxing stay. Good food. Very nice and friendly staff.
Only issue is their breakfast is so poor. That doesn't make sense for a resort that charges USD200 per day, with such high prices this is not a backpackers place. They can surely do better.

Visited for the second time as we had seen this hotel before cyclone winston and loved this place. But we were rudely ushered away by the owner himself! Will not be returning to this hotel! Customer service is important and if you expect your staff to uphold respect then so should the owner!

The staff were beyond fantastic and the rooms are exceptionally lovely. The location is stunning and the reefs near the resort are amazingly beautiful.

Unfortunately during our stay repairs were still being conducted from Cyclone Winston. However the new facilities look stunning and we are excited to go back and try them out. (Expected to reopen next month)
