Very friendly office staff, attended to promptly .. there is free refreshmemt for customers and a TV while you wait.. BUT. paid 1000+ FJD for a long list of what they supposedly did as 'service' for my 2009 Hybrid Toyota Sai.. a first time customer at ASCO.
Had tyre trouble so had bought 2 brand new tyres at 200fjd each for the front June 16th, drove less than 50km in 10 days n went abroad June 26th. Car parked through July for 28days. Bought a 3rd tyre August 3rd (another $200) for the right rear wheel.. So when my service sheet said they had 'rotated tyres' I begin to question whether what is listed to have been done.. was actually done because the old tyre is still on the same left rear wheel.
Revised.. now ONE STAR ONLY.. 9 days after my service my battery goes totally flat.. so that I need to jump start to get it going again. . Paid more than a grand and had expected ASCO to have diagnosed this sort of anomaly.. I would have sorted this out if I knew I had battery problem.
