  Derrick campus had deteriorated due to lack of maintenance after fnu took over fit. Poor ventilated lecture rooms, leaking corridors. Lecture rooms are full of dust and smelly toilets and exposed switches to name a few .

  Needs to upgrade the students services website and wifi, improve the library and computer lab.

  i attended back in 1998- still same facility today. Classrooms needs renovations. Library needs to be upgraded to UNI level.
