  i went to Parmar Suva to buy a safety shoe. the customer service was very pathetic. the salesman didn't have courtesy to as k if I need any assistance. I was checking the safety shoes and checking soles as how hard it is he never came and said anything. when picked up another one then he comes and tells me that you cant do this and that. I told him a customer need to see what is best for me. he started to accuse me if I will damage then I have pay cmon I am not that literate. then started to say that customers like you do all. the way I was treated it made me go and buy shoes from another shop. I had picked up a safety boot which was $155 but your sales person attitude and customer service made me to go buy from another shop. I trusted your shop as I have a safety which I bought from Parmar in 2014 which is still going good and I thought buy another one but your sales person made it go wrong. the person who served was a Fijian man in safety shoe side. if wish to discuss this you can call on 7446300 or can reply to this email.
