We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during the 100 years of Independence celebrations, for which the hotel was trimmed up for and clearly celebrating which was a nice touch.
The rooms were clean, decent sized and the bathroom in particular was well designed with a separate bath and shower. The underfloorheating was very well received after a shower!
The staff were helpful with any enquiries we had and spoke brilliant English.
There was a decent selection at breakfast including gluten free and vegan options.
The hotel appears well kitted out for both meetings, or for families with small children for which there is a small children's play area at the restaurant.response / report this review -

Friendly staff, great service, lovely food and comfortable rooms. Not much to fault other than it being a little further out from the centre of Helsinki. Overall very highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with a good location. Fully renovated coupe of years ago. Good prices, nice lobby bar and decent restaurant (although the menu is done thru very fast when you spent lot of time there).

Very nic place with sauna and swimming pool. Close to public transport and city centre. Clean rooms and good breakfast.

They are keeping things to bare minimum, no wardrobe small toilet but great view if you get right room facing lake. There are some good places for dinner around apart from the good options they have themselves. However try to stay near to city center if you are tourist.

Large comfortable room with a bath and shower which were both excellent. Staff were helpful. Good location close to a tram stop and also walking distance to town if you have the time. Breakfast was plentiful. We stayed here for the Helsinki marathon and it was a perfect location for that

Had a room that overlooks the park, facilities good, room clean. Breakfast buffet was the best out of the three hotels we visited. Hotel "shop" very limited. Did visit Kmart (small corner shop) a short walk behind the hotel to stock up on bits and pieces. Would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise

Nice rooms and facilities in general. When hosted in this hotel it is possible to access the gym close to it. Breakfast is fantastic! Dinner in hotel restaurant just OK, though the staff is friendly.

Recently had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Scandic Park. Rooms are immaculately turned out and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and shower facilities were spotless and well provisioned with shampoos and other accessories. Breakfast is substantial, fresh and filling - the perfect way to start the day

I was here for a one day meeting with my company.
The room was clean and acoustic sound where fine.
The large buffet in the dining room was plenty and the staff somewhat friendly with a slight distance.

Not far away from railway station and just the next door of the airport bus stop. Friendly front desk staff and good breakfast. The restaurant serves nice dinner, too.

Well located hotel. Tram right in front of the hotel. City center in walking distance. Breakfast buffet is great. Overall appearance is good. Cleaning of rooms could be better, room quality overall very good. Beds are OK, but not great. Too small and soft (double bed room). Staff was friendly.
