Stayed in superior room at Gielas building. Room was good with nice view from 5th floor. Sadly breakfast is OK at best.

Took grandchildren to see 'real' Santa! Lovely resort with plenty to do for the youngsters, tobogganing etc. We went for 2 nights 3 days which included one full day to the Santa Experience. Husky driving the highlight for everyone Gala night at the hotel was not our taste but otherwise a great few days with fun for everyone Accommodation in the Tunturi Apartment Block wonderful including its own sauna

Santa's hotel tunturi is a great resort hotel, if a little old. The room we stayed in had its own kitchen, sitting room, and sauna, which were all well cleaned and maintained. The amenities were a bit old, but the overall stay was fantastic.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are spotlessly clean and the whole place has a great atmosphere.
