Great Hotel. Worth the price. Easy to reach everything of significance in Helsinki. Nice bars and restaurants are very close. Our room was spacious. There is no reception. You hardly see staff. You get a code via sms or e-mail and thats it more or less.

Good place with good rates. 5minutes walking to downtown. Easy to find.

Pretty comfortable stay, nice rooms. My only concern was of security. We saw some people lying down in our lobby. Though we never saw them after informing the hotel, i would really want a direct line in every room to be comfortable even if its not free.

Good and efficient way of staying a night in Helsinki. Great location in the middle of town. Great beds. The bathroom was quite small, and had some wear and tear. The TV signal was not the greatest either. Easy and cheap!

You can't expect to much from a place like this, but this one is quite crummy even considering the price. Generally everything is quite clean, but worn out or even broken. The bathroom however looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Fairly cheap hotel. Good for work/visit short stays. Comfortable but don't expect fancy. Main advantage is being really close to center, walking distance to visit around!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The price was unbeatable and I was intrigued by the no staff concept. I got a welcome text with my entry code the morning of my arrival. The room was huge, well-equipped and fun bright red. The bed was comfy, and the chairs also convert into beds. Great rainfall shower.

Relatively inexpensive, mostly clean (the floors could use some attention). Great wifi. There is no body on sure if you have a problem, so that can be difficult. Our first room was large with a huge skylight, but there was no way to block out the sun (which went down very late and came up very early). A curtain would have been very helpful.

Clean comfortable. No lobby and no staff but a phone you can use to call the staff. If you have everything planned in Helsinki and don't mind a bit worn bed linens this is good and cheap. For a luxury stay chose something else. For work this is good enough.

Located in a good location. Small, no frills hotel. Good for a short stay.

The room is pretty nice, and the security seems top notch. There were some problems at check in, as we apparently found the wrong omena hotel (they are close and we were in hurry due to rain). The only thing I really miss at the aparment is something to help get the water away from the floor after a shower (the bathroom is a mess for a while after) * Clean * Silent * Security * Spacious (for two) * Great beds, unlike many other hotels I have visited

You should be aware this is an automated hotel. No staff to be seen. No reception. No where to leave your bags before you catch your plane. Pin codes to get through doors after a set time on your first day of arrival.

Having said that, the room I had was lovely. Really comfortable and well decorated .

A cheap hotel in the centre of Helsinki, with excellent connections nearby. The rooms are clean but far from cozy. Check-in and check-out are easy as all you need is the code you get when boking via the web.
