Very good traditional music and dance. However, buffet, and meal is in one side of big hall, drinks are in other. Despite of the latest, in general we got fun.

A Very nice cultural restaurant. Here, you get a chance to sample not only the many types of Ethiopian foods, but also traditional Ethiopian dances. They recognize that many patrons are foreigners and do all their best to accomodate them.

Great dancing! Good food at a very reasonable price although the tibs was really tough. Also come prepared to tip the dancers or you will feel a little awkward.

Music was good, but is it usual that the waiters steal the tip? Also they dont smile and when i ordered twice at the same Person. I dont get my Order. You also have to say twice that you want to pay. Never again

This restaurant provided some of the best Ethiopian food and entertainment that we had during a 20 day trip. While a bit pricey the entertainment and service was extremely professional.

Yod Abyssinia used to be the mecca for Ethiopian cultural showcase, I'm not so sure thats the case anymore.

The last time I was there we were treated to Chinese and Japanese songs and dances at various points throughout the evening. Highly disappointing experience and only pleasing to the patrons of those respective countries as they were invited onstage to perform alongside the band for 10 minutes each while the rest of us patrons observed in dismay. At another point a Chinese patron danced on stage for 7 min interrupting the show while management failed to intervene.

There are other locations that offer similar shows - ask a local for recommendations.
