Great food, if it is available and friendly staff. There are many wild cats here to pick at tour leftovers too! Suggestion: rather than peruse the menu, ask what they have. It will eliminate any disappointment you have about ordering and the staff coming back minutes later to tell you they don’t have what you ordered. Stand outs are the garlic sauce for the chicken and their cream of chicken soup. Great for family and kids, and keep up to date with the news as Al Jazeera is always playing on the in house TV.

This place is great for kids - there is an outdoor seating area with cats roaming around which they find entertaining. Often items on the menu are not available. The kids love the fried chicken and french fries. Their soups are usually very good too. The pizza is the only one I have seen in town that has a deep crust. It needs salt, but is very tasty with the hot sauce they provide.

It's good, I took grilled chicken wings, 100 birr for 6 or 7 whole wings, very good. But the serving time is so long!!!

Dodi Resturant offers some of the best fried chicken in Ethiopia. Every main comes with a starter soup and salad, both of which are excellent. Additionally their juice and "smooth milk" milkshakes are phenomenal. I could go on forever about the strawberry milkshake here, but it would be a waste of words better spent ordering another.

Now, of course saying "best fried chicken in Ethiopia" is obviously relative, but Dodi's is a safe bet with good space, decent service, and that hellaciously good strawberry milkshake.
