Me and my wife were assigned to this hotel due to some issue with one of the Ethiopian Airlines flights and the experience was absolutely unexpected. The table In the room we were assigned to was full of dust, showering water was almost not there, the restaurant area is not well kept & the food was not a food that's expected from a two star hotel let alone a four star. Hotel management needs to do something about the whole place.

I just do not understand how this hotel has been given a 4* status. We had dinner here and the dining area is dated. The table cloth was torn. The rooms are okay with minimal lighting. One lampshade between two beds.

I spent a night at this hotel in December of 2017, not to undercut the genuine and hard work the owners have put to build a cozy hotel.I was disappointed, at the non functional water drain system in the shower in my room, hard to get the hot water running for a complete shower,water quickly filling the floor up to my ankle, the 24 hour room service was non existent,

Average Hotel and good Internet connection with fluctuation. One disappointing thing is the finishing of the building which is bad especially the floor tiles and some facilities are not well built.
