The position is very good, quite near to the airport but enough close to the way to downtown. The staff is very reserved and professional, they take care of any need. Special phone number is used for orders directly from the room. Nearby there are bar and restaurants, from cheapest to the more expensive, so you have choice. Toilet perfectly working, thus not very big and in need of finitures but the hot water was available all the time. Private balcony is the best for smokers and also room cleaning everyday or in demand. Breakfast is only outside but it is a good opportunity to change every day.

Stayed here for one night and for the price it served well. Well kept self serving rooms with showers, toilets and television. Wi-Fi access is very weak although routers have been installed on each floor.

Very affordable accommodation, very nice room service. Very caring and understanding staff. Their English is very nice too.
Very near to the airport.
Parking space is available too.
I should visit the place another day. 😊

Great rooms for about 25 dollars per night. You are allowed to bring guests back as long as they are not same sex. Some rooms have balconies too. Beers and drinks are cheap.

i stay 16 days in abyssinia guest House. i have great time and make many new friends . good hospitality , clean and center for any important place in adis ababa .
