A disappointing experience. The blanket was torn, some chairs in the restaurant looked like it had rained on them, the TV in my room didn't work, the towel looked very old, there were no body lotion or cream and conditioner, there was no way to adjust the AC in the room and the food/breakfast was In short every ingredients were gathered to make me not to ever consider taking Ethiopian airlines if there is transit with a night at a hotel offered by them.

It's a nice place with well furnishing in their rooms, it's not pricy and do have a good restaurant.
The place is very safe, however the road leading to this hotel is muddy which makes it accessible to public transport a bit difficult.
Edit: Prior to my earlier review, Yes there's another way to the hotel of which the road is tared and I used it this morning.response / report this review -

This place is unfriendly and disgusting. The woman at the front desk didn’t want to give me another towel even though we were two people in one room, and she definitely didn’t want to give me soap since it was missing from our room. Then we went to have dinner and even though we had the right to a dinner in transit, they didn’t want to give us food. Here are some pictures from the room. on is our floor full of water and the other is our bed. Please don’t stay here!

A great hotel which extends at a comfortable vicinity, and with a superb garden setting to relax and enjoy fresh air. The staff was also amazing, very kind, friendly and service minded who wouldn't hesitate to go an extra mile to satisfy customer's needs. The food was also amazing. I really have enjoyed my stay and would love to come back.

I have spent more than a month at the hotel thanking all the staff for the friendly interview especially management and security. I will return to Ethiopia very soon. I felt that in my house the cleanliness of the rooms and the restaurant was also the operational manager at the peak of activity and cooperation. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel
