The staff here are always volunteering to assist you even when you did not have not asked them. The rooms are also cool.

Their WiFi is very fast. I like their customer service. Breakfast was on point as well. Slept over and transited to SA.

Horrible the pillows are horrible the bed linen substandard. Food horrible. Drinks were warm. I would not ever wish to go there again. Attitude of the kitchen staff needs to be improved. I wish i had taken pictures of the pillows and bed linen to see what i am talking. Ethopian Airways is putting us in substandard hotels

Another stay over courteousy of Ethiopian Airlines. Waited in their shuttle bus at least 30 minutes before the driver pitched to take us to the hotel. I had stayed here before and it does not look like they've made any improvements since then.
Dinner was a few dishes and not very appetising. The tap in the bathroom leaks when opened, so overally the hotel could do with a major revamp - would not consider it a 3 star hotel as one can see the threadbareness in the dining room.

Funny place. Not sure what era it was a bright example of hospitality. In 2017, it needs to take a bow. The staff on the other hand are very nice and willing to help with anything.

This hotel should receive three stars, but its staff members boost it to four. The hotel itself is outdated and feels like you went back in time, but you will always get smiles from the staff members.
Pros:
- The rooms are spacious and clean
- The food is good
- Staff are extremely friendly
- The hotel offers Swedish massage for $10 USD
Cons:
- There is no shampoo, condition or lotion, only soap bar is provided
- Most staff barely speak English
- There isn't much to do near the hotel

Ethiopian Airlines put me and my sons here as we had an over night layover in Addis. Save for the fact that I arrived late and had to check out early the next morning for my onward flight, I would have checked out and gone to a better place. It was really terrible quality and I also got to go to the kitchen to wash my little boy's milk bottle and get some warm water to fix him a new bottle for the evening - I wish I had the presence of mind to have taken a photo of what I saw. One good thing was one of the staff who helps with the elevator and bags etc. Super friendly and enthusiastic and I didn't have the heart to tell him how much I really disliked the hotel.
