  Always stayed here with my family depending on availability. Incredibly polite employees, and comfortable rooms makes it our Premier Choice in Nazareth. The Food is always great, and the quite and neat Bar allow us to relax while watching football in the lobby.

  Almost everything is poor about this Hotel, it meets zero standard.
  -Bathroom leaks water
  -Cold shower
  -Terrible WiFi

  I wanted to highlight that this hotel is not as per any international standards:
  
  Major issues :
  • Credit card not accepted
  • Not hot water in my room I went down 3 time at the reception (internal phone not working) to ask fixing every time they cheated me and lied to me
  • No WIFI
  • Room door with a 70 by 50 cm window at the top hence all night your room is lighted by the lights of the corridor
  
  Other issues
  • TV was not working
  • 2 electricity cut (no generating set)
  • No free drinkable water provided
  • No amenities
  • Internal telephone not working
  • Leakage in the bathroom
  • They want a deposit for key
  • They wanted me to prepay for the food
