Cool place to spend your day, a lot of stuff to do good food but ow my God close the Zoo already the animal are clearly depressed not being cared for and are only there for entertainment purpose which basically make it animal abuse. close the freaking Zoo no body really watches them anyways!

This is an awesome place for weekends
This resort is 62 km from Addis Ababa, but may take from 1-3 hours because of the traffic. Once here you are in unexpected paradise. This is an environmentally sensitive, exquisite resort on a crater lake (site of an extinct volcano), Lake Babagoya. It is perched on a steep hillside and consists of a number of individual cottages, each of which is unique. Most have a large bedroom, fireplace, sitting area with couch and chairs, a large bathroom and an outdoor terrace overlooking the hillside and lake. There are some even larger cottages. The landscape is semi-tropical and magnificent. If at a distance across the lake,you can barely discern the cottages, they are so beautifully blended into the hillside.
When I arrived, my cottage was not yet available, so they provided for my use another.
There is a steep walk down to an outdoor bar, lounge chairs and lawn area on the shore of the lake. One can rent boats for a ride, or go fishing or swimming.
There are play facilities for the children, pony rides and other activities. There are two tennis courts, meeting facilities and at the highest point on the mountain there is Topview, with bar, pool table and other facilities.response / report this review -

this is so amazing place to refresh in your vacation or get together. its recommended specially for couples. swimming in live water gives you absolute happiness. walking by boats are too pleasant thing.

The place is beautiful and service is very good apparently the rooms are fairly clean and there is a big light issue. The most disturbing thing I saw was animals being kept in a very bad condition in a cage in a resort!

Amazing things to do. Boating, swimming, riding a horse or camel, mini zoo, rollerblading, are just a few of the things you can participate in. The rooms are beautiful and clean and the staff is amazing! Been here twice and will come back again anytime I am in Ethiopia.

This resort is one of many resorts in the Debre Zeit area but is my favourite. The Staff are amazing. The want to go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Activities and benefits included in package is amazing. Love that they had horse back riding included and we enjoyed it. By far a awesome resort and Family Friendly

It is a great place but poorly managed. I went this Summer with my family. I booked to stay for two days the room they gave me its TV doesn’t work, Its Telephone line doesn’t work so forget about room Service. I had my 5 year daughter with me so they charge me Extra $ 25 per night to bring a mattress for her that was fine but I had to remind them about it again and again until they finally Bring it @ 9:00 pm by that time my daughter had already slept. I ended up staying one night and they were not willing to give me back my full refund that I paid for the next night I don’t recommend this place at all.

The place has a great view and specious rooms so we make our wedding ceremony by the lake side but it was a terrible experience and a disaster!in order to start with the guy who was responsible for ceremonies and marketing(Esu Balew)he just doesn't know his duties and responsibilities cuz anything you asked him he will tell "he will check and get back to you "which he never did until the last day of the ceremony but at first he will assure you everything is okay and not a problem,anyways the food was not good tests like nothing if you know what I mean,but the worst part is,since the guy changes his mind every time we end up pay a large sum of money,he simply changes the numbers starting with rooms,drinks,corckage,we even have to pay for playing our sound system which was not on our deal,so i think this is what i call CHEATING CUSTOMERS!!!and trust me even we tried to talked to the GM and he was talking to like nothing happens instead he wanna tell me jokes and gave us no solutions for any of our problemtoo sad it was a beautiful place what a wastepersonally I don't recommend Adullala unless you want a quite day and you bring your own foodSO SAD!!!

It is a good place beautiful resort but the managment is so poor they dont even respect people me and my family stayed in the luxury room and payed 500 dollars but it wasnt even worth it they dont even have shower caps they only give massages for 2 people and their price is very expensive overall i wouldnt recommend to stay there more then 2 days
