  Dirty sheets, really noisy neighborhood combined with bad isolation, no wifi, no hot water (even though promised), smelly room - for 300 birr. Would not recommend.

  Excellent value for money. Price for a double room incl. Breakfast for 400 birr. Breakfast is rather basic. Room has a small tv with some English channels.
