We travelled with Blue Sapphire Tours from Lalibela to Gondar via Mekele, Danakil tour, Axum, and a 3-days trekking in Simien Mountains. Despite a few difficulties due to bad practices from the hotels in Gondar, everything was perfectly organized and modifed on the fly when needed in order to adjust to our requests. The driver was excellent (hi Ketema!), and Zemen himself is a great person, caring, kind and helpful. Wholeheartedly suggested for whoever is traveling in Ethiopia, prices are very competitive too. Thanks Zemen for sure we will come back to Ethiopia

We had the best time ever the second trip with blue sapphire Ethiopia tours again discovering Ethiopia (Addis, Gondar & Lalibela) with our incredible guide ZEMEN . Such a wonderful person, passionate about showing us the beauty of his country and ensuring we ate well along the way (we love eating around the world).
His knowledge of Ethiopia is amazing and it felt like we were spending time exploring with a good friend.. in our opinion, that’s what makes a great guide :)
We’re planning to return to Ethiopia to spend time visiting the tribes in Southern Ethiopia.. and we’ll definitely be calling on ZEMEN again to lead the way. Highly recommended.response / report this review -
