The nurses have a very poor hospitality they have bad attitude towards both the patient and attendats. My aunt was going for surgery on tomorrow and it took them almost 2 hrs to prepare the bed despite me asking them repeatedly. They have to be reminded of the medication. I hope you correct the system. Thank you!

The doctors are good. But And it is a big But I've heard some series accusations from patience. They don't give you your leave in time just to make you stay past 12 PM so that they will charge you extra for additional day. They make excuses to make your bill just to kill the time till it's 12:01 PM. They make the mother leave and make the baby stay in for a warmer just to charge extra. And the price is not fair. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctors, the whole system seems designed to make you pay more one way or another.

Place is horrible. They play games with patience. They make you pay about 420 birr to get a card and you sit in the lobby hoping the doctor will show up. The doctors thinks they are God playing with patients. Very disappointed and very unprofessional place to come. Kebele run better than this place. Stay away from this hospital!! It's a scamm!!

I visited this hospital today for simple check up & here is my experience. staff are unorganized, rude, lazy, unpunctual & z price is like robbery (they will force u to run unrelated tests & then charge you), so vist this hospital @ ur own expense. there are other good hospitals with the same price tag & good service rating. Good Luck!!

There are skilled and experienced doctors but some of the support staff particularly certain nurses, security guards and canteen workers show rudeness to customers; the follow up of patients needs to improve and nurses need to be more disciplined

This place isn't what it claims to be. One can simply see It's more about the money than the care.
There is a service and cost mismatch. They categorize and market their beds with 1st, 2nd and 3rd class rooms where we paid for 1st class and got a room with rusty old mechanical bed from the last century. I had hard time accepting 1st class room with no vital monitors and hot shower.
The room has got no hot water.
Meals are delivered too late up to 1.5 hrs almost everyday.
Their account receivable is the most active and aggressive part of everything with their itemized billing where you even get billed for gloves they use to provide care. They are very careless, they give diabetics patience milk with sugar even after being reminded over and over again.
They don't come to reposition bedridden patients up to 5 hours unless you call them to.
They offer 1 single chair per bed for family to seat day and night.
I admit, there are few good doctors and nurses that have nothing to do with the aggressive marketing behind their names.response / report this review -

I lost my first grandson in this hospital, my daughter didn’t really actually get the follow up that she deserved, it was more like just collecting money . This hospital needs some serious assessment.

This hospital just murdered my best friend. He had a small cyst on the tip of his lung. Instead of trying other less invasive ways to treat him they insisted for surgery which involved opening his rib cage. They did not have skilled doctor or nurses to handle this kind of surgery and I am convinced they did this because, for them, it is a better way to generate revenue. They removed the cyst, stitched him up and left him overnight internally bleeding until he drowned in his own blood.
I am seeking legal advice to take this hospital to court, but most importantly, I am very upset that these types of hospital staffed with unskilled and undisciplined nurses and doctors are allowed to murder people and get away with it.

Wow, this is the worst hospital I've ever seen. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I have to argue to get my bandage replaced after 72hrs. They wasn't happy about it because It was close to my discharge time and the nurses don't want to deal with it. The main doctors are fine but it's hard to get in touch with them. I won't recommend this place.

Very unorganized and rude stuff. Specially the nurses are lazy and irresponsible. In fact they told us to stay up all night to keep eye on the patient so they can sleep. However the doctors are very experienced and humble.
