  Going to yoga with Olga is my special moment of the day. She is super didactic and personalizes her sessions. Since I have been with her for a year and a half, I have noticed an improvement on an emotional level and I am also physically stronger.

  PROFESSIONALS LIKE LA COPA DE UN PINO, TRAINED AND PREPARED WITH ALL THE KNOWLEDGE TO PERFORM EACH EXERCISE CORRECTLY WITH TOTAL AWARENESS OF EACH POSTURAL MOVEMENT OF THE BODY, PERSONALIZED ATTENTION. I HAVE MANY SPINAL INJURIES AND I AM DELIGHTED, I HAVE IMPROVED IN MY LIFE EVERY DAY. I RECOMMEND 100%

  Perfect center for the practice of Yoga. Excellent teachers, they make you feel wonderfully good, body and mind.
  They gather everything I was looking for: seriousness, professionalism, kindness, different levels and schedules, etc.
  For me the best center in Almería.

  I am very happy with this yoga center, my motivation was to improve my back ailments. After a few months I have improved a lot. Olga is charming, she corrects you and adapts your postures to prevent you from hurting yourself, as well as being a very attentive and professional person. I recommend it 100*100.

  Excellent center to receive Yoga classes in Almería. They also have an online mode. Olga Uclés, her excellent teacher knows the subject like no one else. After trying many centers it is already impossible for me to change to a better one. Quality and professionalism go hand in hand
