  Julie Jones and her team from Alta Villas felt like friends before we even arrived in Jávea, as we reached out from California during the pandemic, just when we were beginning to consider making the move to Spain.
  
  Julie was accessible via WhatsApp and by the time we arrived in Jávea two years later, she and her team had properties ready for us to look at. We weren’t sure we would buy right away, and thought we might rent first. But fortunately the perfect place crossed our path and we jumped on the opportunity to buy a place that fulfills a dream to be steps from the sea.
  
  After three weeks in Spain in September 2022, we returned to the U.S. hoping to be homeowners on the Costa Blanca.
  
  Julie was with us every step of the way, and by December we closed on a property in beautiful Jávea, just a couple of blocks from La Playa del Arenal.
  
  My husband and I could not be happier.
  
  Julie gave us recommendations for a fabulous mortgage broker and attorney, and was available for myriad questions that came up for us while closing on the place in Spain while we were in San Francisco.
  
  She truly cares about making sure her clients have everything they need to transition to living in Spain. She gave us confidence that it would all work out smoothly, calming our nerves.
  
  When we asked her to do a couple of things that went a bit beyond her duties as an agent (like going to our new apartment and having a video chat so we could see what furniture was left), she willingly and cheerfully assisted.
  
  Julie Jones and her Alta Villas team are the best in the business for us in Jávea. We can’t wait to be living there full time, when we can stop by and say “hello” to her and the crew from time to time, as their office is right in our new neighborhood!

  I'm not a person whom generally writes reviews,in this case I feel I should.
  I would like to say a massive thank you to everybody at Alta Villas for all their pre sale help and also the post sale advice I received.
  There are few companies or people that I've dealt with in my years that gave me that sense of security and trust,not from just one person but all the team at Alta Villas.
  So please,if you want a totally professional and caring team that know exactly what their doing and will put you at ease through the process of buying or selling then then use these guys.

  We used Alta Villas for the sale of our property. They sold the villa in 8 days. Julie and her team did all the paperwork for us and encountered any pitfalls with determination to win, which they did.
  This company are so professional and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they achieved everything with very little concern to us. If anyone is looking for a Estate Agent who deliver in a very professional manner Alta Villas is the company.
  Thank you Julie (Jones) and staff for all you did.
  My recommendation to any prospective seller or buyer is use Alta Villas. You will not go wrong in your choice.

  We are had a very good experience selling our property with Alta Villas. Jo and Joseph came to look around and do a valuation and were so professional and knowledgeable about the market, that we felt very comfortable listing with them. The villa sold within two weeks of listing, spot on what Jo said we could expect to achieve - we were very impressed. Julie handled the process after that which went smoothly. Very happy to recommend the team at Alta Villas
