  Visited at a time of our convenience, annd bang on time too. Effectively resolved various internet related issues (and candidly informed us which ones were not worth addressing). Charges very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

  Prompt service and very friendly. He tells you as it is, so no money wasted. Was very happy that he could come straight to us. We have bought ink cartridges from him earlier and this time he helped with our company printer.

  I have used Lasertech for many years whilst working in offices and in more recent years at home, mostly for hard drive dramas (I have a habit of dropping them). Rick always responds quickly & delivers what I need with a cheeky smile!

  One of the computers at the office kept blue screening - 5 or 6 times per hour. Rick managed to solve the issue in 5 minutes by adjusting all the pieces inside. Great service, highly recommened
