DO NOT STAY HERE looks good from the outside but what a nightmare here is the back story problem is the air conditioning if visiting in summer definitely don't stay here the air conditioning in the rooms function but are not cold enough they apparently cant operate below 22 degrees (so the guy said but didn't even do that) our room was 27 degrees way to warm I complained and asked for another room but instead she got the maintenance guy up to our room to check it out (really she should have just given us another room) and her quick reaction to call maintenance seems like its a common complaint so the maintenance guy said it cant go lower they are set no matter what room to operate at max 22 degrees however it seemed more like 25 - 26 degrees and it was a really hot and humid day on top of that it made a clicking noise so left with no choice had to open the window because outside was cooler than inside the hotel rooms and hall ways but with the window open traffic noise was loud .. worst night sleep and I wouldn't say the beds were that comfortable given the expense we definitely won't stay here again ! On a positive food was okay and lobby was air conditioned properly but in the hall ways and our room nothing worse than a long trip and your room is roasting I don't normally complain about things but when traveling you need a good night sleep with no dramas DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like the tropics !!!! Also the internet connection is slow and problem parking unless you want to pay an extra €20. People need to be more honest in the reviews below because the ones I read seemed okay but couldn't be further from the truth.

Beautiful hotel. Parking really bad unless you can handover a creditcard (that got stolen).. not really helpful. Great area great views nice area.

The air conditioning is not great. It can barely keep the room tolerable, let alone comfortable. The bed is a bit firm but doable. The staff is friendly. Overall it's just ok. I wouldn't return..

Very good location, right in front of the beach. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. Bus stop (towards the center) only 3min walking distance. Nice cocktails

Very nice room, friendly and helpful staff, bar food was great, breakfast was good and restaurant food was average, but there are dedicated restaurants within walking distance round the corner from the hotel, so no problem there. Easy transport links to city centre, which proved excellent to use as a hub to go to Marbella for the day. Will do it again to visit Granada
