Such a waste of time and gasoline to get to their office. They sent me an invitation about my car, after having my car's information. On the email, they appraised my car for 22,050 euros. When I went to their center, they took pictures from my flawless car, and asked for my purchase contract and bank transfer for the purchase. Some hours later, they said they would buy my car for 17,000. Nothing in terms of information about my car changed when they saw the car. They had no complaints about no details about the car. But all of a sudden, now that they wasted my time, they wanted to rip me off on my car's purchase. Not a good attitude dealing with clients. They have no respect for your time and energy. If I had to choose between putting fire on my car or selling that to them, I wouldn't sell that to them under those conditions, at all!

I was very happy with this service, I felt I got a good price for my car, everything was dealt with, it was so easy. we even got a lift to the bus stop.
