After more than 2 years search for a property in Moraira area my wife and I finally ended up meeting Vicente from Brassa Homes.

From the very first day we met Vicente we had the feeling of this was a very trustworthy person.

During the whole process from start to end we experienced his professional way of handling all issues and we cannot imagen how we could have managed all the procedures without his help.

Vicente - unlike many other estate agents we met never just focused on his fee, but was immensely helpful with many other instances such as finding a lawyer, bank, pool man, gardener etc.

Since we neither speak nor write Spanish Vicente has been a priceless help through all conceivable challenges with the Spanish language and the Spanish laws and regulations.
