Chłopak tam pracujący odbiera telefon wyłącznie podczas pobytu w biurze a to wypada różnie. Na Minorce jest kilka filli tej wypożyczalni a mimo to mają różne ceny i oferty, np różnią się ubezpieczeniem. Dodatkowo nie chciał się zgodzić, żebyśmy samochód oddali w innej placówce, koło naszego hotelu, co zmusiło nas do jeżdżenia tam i z powrotem, i dodało koszty. Niby nic, ale skoro jedna sieć, to chyba wszędzie zasady takie same? Największym minusem był brak kontaktu z klientem.

Do not use this company. They are thieves. I am English, l live in Menorca and beg all English (and all other nationals.!!!)people visiting Menorca to use any hire firm but these robbers. I see they make it impossible to give them a no star rating. If l could l would. Avoid this firm. Congratulations to Auto Valls for ripping my family off for 100€. I hope you are the person who decides not to hire a vehicle from these people. Wise decision!!!
